Week Three: Victory!


Today was day three of week three. My running partner and I both felt good enough after the run that we are going to move on to week four next week.

I have a little bit of discomfort in my knees today, which means that I am going to do a bit of stretching tonight and then let them rest over the weekend. So far this time around, I have had NO pain in my shins, and stretching has taken care of the minor soreness in my IT band.

Woot!

Yay!

I think stretching is definitely key. The times I've had pain that felt like an on-coming injury, there seemed to be a correlation with having gotten lazy with stretching.
